portable surge protector
This is one of the first things I pack in my portable office, whenever I head out the door for more than a few hours. With 3 AC outlets, plus 2 USB ports to charge pocketable devices (such as mobile phones and iPods) it lets me power all the gadgets I need, even when traveling with two laptops. When looking for an old web page or site, long since deleted or updated beyond recognition, you can use the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine.

.TXT (plain text)
.HTM (html)
.PDF (portable document format)
